Signed up today! Will be making the trip down with at least a truck full of northern guys. Maybe a motorhome full... we'll see. Lol. Can't get here fast enough!
I'll be there with my new track bike. How fast do you think novice will fill up? I don't think I want to risk waiting for the weather forecast before I purchase it.
Maybe it is, but I don't think advanced is an option until you get approved. I can't see any skill level except novice for any track day. Does intermediate also require approval? I've only ridden novice, and already signed up for novice.
Gonna try!! Gotta feed the Weasel sock daily...hope I can make it this time...really missed you guys in October...
For those having trouble registering for a group, this may help explain it a bit. http://www.sportbiketracktime.com/News.html New customers can choose between Novice and Intermediate groups. Intermediate riders can still sign up between those two groups freely. Approval-based entry into the Advanced Group will be instituted in 2013. This will create a safer riding experience for everybody. Please read this new policy in full detail here. Group Levels So If you've never signed up for intermediate before, then it will not be visible to you. Like wise for Advance.
That explains it. I got bumped to Advanced last August at Putnam. I ran Intermediate all last summer.
I was wondering that also. I guess I'll sign up for "I" and see what happens. Putnam was my last TD with STT for the year so I have never signed up for "A" group before. First TD of the season so it will be ok with me to run "I".:rawk: I think it will be really fun.:bounce:
I am signed in and Novice is the only class to show up on every date, even when I click random dates in say July.
make sure when you go to the buy track time portion of the site, you look to the top and sign in there. then you will see all the int, adv dates. just because you are signed in here on the forum, does not mean you are signed in on the buy track time portion of the site. also, you must pay for your membership by itself first, in a seperate transaction, BEFORE you will see the discounts applied. Brian, did you ever register or do you need to register? If you are registered go to www.sportbiketracktime.com/login.php else go to www.sportbiketracktime.com/register.php If you have an account, you are already in the advanced group. If you don't, register or sign in and email or PM me or Richard or Crystal or Karen or Nick or Trevor..... it's really not that hard ;-)
