It was Sideline Sports Photography. I know Mike wasn't there with the rig, so I believe they are going to post online at somepoint, but couldn't tell you the info on that. Maybe somebody in the know will chime in. :thumb:
Thanks! I did not know they posted online--hopefully this is the beginning of that service as it would be optimal. Also, their schedule does not include the weekend (CCS races), so that's a bummer. I was with SBTT on Friday and had a blast despite more than a handful of questionable antics in the Advanced group. Seemed like there were some CCS racers that got a little too excited and forgot it was only a track day. :fencing:
I was looking forward to these days so much and managed all of 3.5 laps before breaking my hand. Learned some lessons in that short time that I will take forward with me, but it was quite the bummer. I also got to change a trailer tire with one hand just south of Milwaukee on my drive home...Oh well, see you guys in 6 weeks when the cast is off! Edit: also a shout out to everyone who helped me out post crash last week. Nick and the STT staff were great and the corner workers, crash truck and EMS crew were all fantastic as well.
Sideline shot the STT event, I believe Gron4 shot the CCS races, you should be covered for both events
Crashed out in the I group, session 5 on Friday, turn 1. Red 1st gen R6. Came away with a broken big toe. Bike is real totaled. Frame sliders turned a low side into a high side for the bike. Cracked frame, bent rims, bent forks, etc, etc. Props to the corner worker, safety and pickup trucks, and some guys in the pits for helping me out. Class act all around. I can't wait to get healed up and back out.
That's not unusual. The best ones I ever saw were mushroom shaped for this reason. It's usually best to skip them or keep them as short as possible.
I had heard of it happening, and now I can be the poster-child for anti-full-length-frame-sliders. Super frustrating that a low-side that should have been fairly easy to fix, turned into a totaled bike.
they dont hey I dont think the ever do, you need to buy at the track or order via email and they shoot you a CD.
Their trailer wasn't available so they said they would be posting them online. As far as a a timeline for when that will happen, who knows.
