Side Dish Saturday BBQ? So lets all bring a dish to pass!!!! I'll pick-up any road kill on my way to the Track should be good if we smoke it.................. I cook better then I ride............ What kind of Meat? I'm going to bring some fish and Chicken. ASAP we need a Head count on who is pp or coming it would help with food!

Just signed up for Sunday and will be coming up Saturday afternoon. Won't know anybody up there and will be solo so feel free to stop by and say hi. Well as far as bringing food, bring your favorite dish to pass so that others will rave about what great food & good friends were had at 2012 STT/Gingerfest :cheers: I'm sure this could just be the most EPIC northern STT food & partyfest throw down:cheer: Might have to bring out a couple minigp pitbikes:wheel:
Since I'm not much of a cook, do you BBQ them or use the cast iron griddle? I imagine a little hot sauce and front wheel makes for some might fine eatin!!!!!
