I crashed my suit at Barber on March 19th. Shipped to Bill on April 1st, and today (April 19th) my repaired suit is sitting here in my office, just in time for NOLA. Thank you so much Bill for your great work, personalized and timely response!!! P.S. Looks Great!
Yea, same here. I just sent him a suit with a busted up knee, and gloves that had a bunch of stitches torn loose. I told him I needed it back ASAP because I had a race coming up. Well...it showed up at my door a week early. It's as good as new, and the seams are visibly much more robust than the original ones. Best part, is that he also found some other busted up seams in the shoulder that I had missed, and took care of them. Plus he touched up some pretty nasty rash with color matching dye. He didn't even ask for more money for the shoulder and re-dye. Just a hand written note in the box telling me that he found some more damage and hooked me up. Bill is truly one of a kind.
