I don't think I have much issue getting on the gas full throttle when I want, but then again never thought too much about it. I know there were times when I'd try to go WOT but had to readjust my hand; that's when way too much money was spent on a quick turn throttle and it's OK now, but not a big of difference I was hoping for LOL

I've ridden a Ninja 250 in the past; definitely not for me. It's like a scooter. Don't see the point. I guess people used to their 1000s could say similar things about a 600!

I ride an '07 CBR 600 after having a Ninja 250 and two Duc Monsters. I don't race but the Honda was such a good fit for me size-wise (I'm 5'3") because the seat is smaller and it helped me get my feet on the ground a bit better. It's a smooth, predictable bike and, like the GSXRs, they are plentiful at track days/races in case you ever need to buy a spare part off someone. I've thrown it down the track a few times now and it just keeps on ticking. :)

had a buell lightning xb12 for 3 long months before it was stolen...
now on the brightest 09 zx6r you've ever seen.
I'd love to get another Buell just for the sound and look
love to try out a BMW 1000rr
love to try a tuned Harley 1200xr
and of course the supermoto...any of them really

I ride an '02 GSX-R750 (track only) and I have a Yamaha FZ6R for the streets.

I'm tall-ish, so I've never had trouble with the height of my bikes.

I lol'd at the responses too... but really, bikes are kind of gender neutral.

I currently race a RS125, and ride an R6 for coaching. I sold my 600RR earlier in the season.

I've ridden a GSXR 1000 but enjoy small bikes way more. The 125 is by FAR the most fun I've ever had on a bike. If you love the 250, you'd really dig a 125. I've been told by a 250 racer who used to race a 125 that the ninja is more fun but I don't believe him.

My first track/race bike was a Honda Hawk GT by the way.

The down side of a 750 for racing is that you're kind of limited in what classes you can run, and really there's only one bike available. Way more variety in 600s. Around here there used to actually be a few girls on liter bikes but for sure the most popular now are the 600RR and R6 by far. All depends on what you want to do. You can always ride up a couple classes on a middleweight bike.

I wouldn't want to get an exotic twin because of the expense.

Although my mind has been wandering and recently I petitioned to buy a very lightly used BMW G650GS Sertao. (Obviously not for track use.) I was vetoed.

I am new here, never been to a track....yet....:) Hoping to change that soon.
I only have 1 bike; I ride a 2003 SV650. I love it, it's the perfect bike for me (even though it is a little tall)
