Weather was perfect, good food, good laughs, great company and very few incidents on track! :thumb: Too bad it was only two days
I agree, great weekend. I think it was the most fun I have had at Tally. You couldn't have asked for better weather, track felt great and riding through the kitty litter cloud was kinda cool.
Had a blast! Cant agree more with your guys. Weather was perfect, met some new people, blasted through the kitty litter and killed a set of tires.
It was great seeing all my STT peeps and finally getting to dust the cobwebs off after a too long break. Beautiful weekend, just awesome!
Roller coaster weekend: The lows: flat tire on the trailer early in the trip Got to track late due to flat tire Trying to find a spot to setup, and destroyed my 7-way connector on my SUV Had to be publicly flogged Flat Spotted both wheels on the bike Low sided in the lone right-hander in front of photographer The Highs Got to try-out the new trailer and had heat Saturday night thanks to Brett's generator Weather was perfect Re-connected with old friends, and made new ones. Watching Brett ride the two up session - unreal - how does he do it??? Had a blast coaching the novice group - this must have been the best student to coach ratio ever. Working with Hailey and watching her progress and looking great by the end of the weekend. The last session of Sunday was epic! I think Hailey was the only student on track! Now to get ready for JDSA, and then hopefully a repeat at Barber - minus the lows mentioned above!
I wanted to tell everyone thank you. Nolan's top end speeds were very slow compared to everyone else in the class, and EVERYONE did a great job of getting around him on the straights. This weekend was his first "big track" experience on a 4 stroke and his first time ever going over 35 mph on a 4 stroke and he had a great time.
I am dissapointed you guys didnt give Sebastian the Push Broom for sweeping the turns when he arrived..... FNG... Sheeeeze....
a great weekend!!! I didn't even expect to ride. thanks to TLR64, ogre, seb, and some other help what was originally going to be a track hangout session turned into me riding two days. being on Marc's bike and riding novice again def made me concentrate on fundamentals more than going fast. i felt like by the end of the weekend i was doing it right (slow but smooth right guys? haha) I didn't make good time on the right hander but damnit I didn't fall down either!! (unlike fng private Pyle doin push-ups in the paddock and the turn 3 grass). I really appreciate you all and can't wait for the next one!!!
Its 67 Fool.... And dont ride my bike ever ever again without me there.... Especially in YOUR favorite Turn 5 :lmao::lmao: Glad someone used it..... And the Bill is on the way...... ; )
I'm so glad i'm not the only one complaining about my legs being sore. I thought I was just really outta shape. well, probably that too. Tally was such a blast, as always. cant wait to get back out there!
