Ok, lets talk about Barber again! Who is cooking out? My wife and I have entertained the idea of catering "Dream-Land Ribs" for about 20 people. Plan is to send her and the baby (Sat. around 4:30pm) over to Dream-Land. She would make it back with the food by 5:30pm We could be out of the Shower around 6:00pm and all gathered and ready to eat. I only know about 20 people from STT family and that is how I got the number. If we need more food, I will need more $$$ from a few of you guys/gals. Also, (any gals) that would like to ride along with my wife and help her load food???

Lust us alllll remember, this is the first "real" trackday weekend of the 2014 season, so stretch, breath, eat good the day before, hydrate, etc..... BUT most of all, "TAKE IT EASY"! Keep that bike "shinny" for a little bit. Also, Temps will be down in the early AM sessions. Track will be below 55*..... Tires will not perform well. SLOW IS SMOOTH AND SMOOTH IS FAST!

Or, in my case, "SLOW IS SLOW AND SLOW IS STILL SLOW, BUT SLOW IS USUALLY SAFE!

I'm bringing a couple of boston butts and some cowboy baked beans for the Amish Racing crew Friday night. I think we are boiling shrimp in our paddock on Saturday night! And if you could bring the china I'll take it back to Georgia with me!!

Would a case of beer (cans of course, no bottles) get me eating at one of these fine Friday cookouts?

All you need to do is let us know you are coming so we can bring plenty of grub. Appetites are the only thing required from guests!!

Don't worry. You will not slow them down or get in their way. They seem to make it around us regulars without much effort.
