    Session 4 Saturday: I was passed a lot

    Session 5 Saturday: I had to avoid rider down in center of track at 6m mark. His bike slid forever, but he was back on the track later, so he must be ok.

    Session 4 Sunday: Started to pick up the pace, couple close calls, few passes and followed a few different riders, so some of you may be in the video. I followed Big Ear girl for around a lap or so.

    Hey thanks man! I didn't look to awful slow!

    I always get passed on the front straight because my buddy behind me with the CBR600 tops out at about 138 so I try to keep mine below 145 if he is following me. well that and I don't have the balls quite yet to tip the 160 mark on the front straight!

    Yeah it was... I like to pass on the outside there for that very reason... there is 39' of track that the inside guy isn't using!

    Im behind camera bike and get all 3 of them between 3 and 5... Wish I had my gopro on cuz that shit was surgical!

    I have not yet considered passing in that corner. Even to pass on the outside seems precarious because it seems a lot of people really like to take their exit wide. I'd be concerned that if I didn't get around very early, it would leave me in a similar situation as this video, just on the outside of the track instead of the inside.

    I edited my original response with a video... When you plan your pass you need to PASS. I see so many guys go for a pass and then not take it... mostly because its unplanned.. The video I just posted show a pass that I had planned before I even got into turn 2.

    haha I was thinking the same!

    I'm actually waiting to see if someone has my Saturday morning, near-crash into turn 1.
    During one of the red flags a guy stopped and asked if that was me getting out of shape and said he got video of it. Would love to see it

    The one session my camera wasn't on, you did have some balls. I got behind you coming on the front straight you were passing a guy and I wasn't closing the gap all the way down the street and thought "he will brake early and I will get around him" and you didn't lol. Nice pace into turn 1, that panagale's got some legs!

    I like to pass when I'm next to, or moving away from another rider. There was a lot of aggressive passing going on in "I" on Sunday.
