Yeah, the Termis make a nice racket. Unfortunately, I forgot to cut off a piece of safety wire and you can hear it clattering in the video. Also, the camera was mounted directly to the exhaust, which shakes violently at high rpm (L-twin, ya know...), so I've moved the mount to the subframe where it should be more stable but still capture the exhaust note. I realized after watching these videos that I was in too low a gear in some spots, like the Esses where I was nearly bogging it. Will be downshifting to 2nd between t5 & t6 this weekend... :woot: Still not fast or brave enough for Advanced. My best lap that w/e was 1:37ish, which is still at least 5 seconds off the A pace and a good 10 seconds off the seriously fast dudes. Maybe my new Pirelli slicks will help shrink that gap. If not, the problem is clearly with the swishy grey matter between my ears...
Can't make Grattan this weekend, Going to run Round 6 in SOAR up in Canada in Oct :woot:, don't want to risk major mechanical......though I sure could use a test and tune that's not all around the neighborhood LOL.
