skip the clutch on upshifts; preload the shifter, then a SHORT&QUICK dethrottle; it'll go. you get your lower body off well; let your head/chest move down/forward and stay off the seat longer. DON'T LOOK BACK. it sounds like you're lugging the engine a bit in some turns. maybe try a gear lower. it sounds like your clutch slips a bit (at 1:11, e.g.) maybe I'm wrong, but worth checking 1:50 is I pace. get w/a coach next time! good riding.
