Seriously, Dude you have your crew bring the Wings and sauce and I will have the fryer and Oil to cook them Saturday Night... We are frying 2 Turkeys then...Wings would be a great addition and the Fryer will be there.. More than likely just grilling some Brauts Friday PM... Yes I am really looking forward to this and the extended forcast definietly looks to be 25 Degree's warmer than Last Year!

I'm there all weekend...it'll be my first time at CMP and I'm looking forward to learning a new track. Any advice or things to know or watch out for at CMP, please share. I hope to hell it's not 18 degrees either...brrrrrrrr Marc, let me know if you need me to bring anything..
Only thing I can think of that would have been a "nice to know" before I went there the first time is slow down some for T1. Some people talk about how sandy it can be, but that is not what I mean. You can carry more speed through T1, but it screws your setup into T2, and you dont recover until after T3 really. Give up a few MPH in T1, to gain a lot more speed through T2 and T3 is what I found. Wife was watching from just inside T1, and she even noticed how much faster I was through T1 than others, but then I could not get the bike flipped for T2 in time.

Dude that was my Home Made recipie.... It was a Bottle of Red Rooster(I think) Minced Jalepeno's Cajun Seasoning Salt/Pepper... Like I said.. When the turkeys come out you can drop whatever you want in that Pot... Wings, Fries, Cheese Sticks ect...It will be there.. Use it! (For 6 wings of course)
That sauce was top notch, maybe i will try to re-create it. I can give ya atleast 6 wings, and i still owe you a lager from Roebling
