Client dinners. Damn near did me in. When I started working in Sales 20 years ago, I put on 60 pounds in a little over 6 months. For me the answer was to make better choices ordering, and to not feel obligated to eat everything served. There is a point in a meal, where your brain says "ah, that was good". That's the point to stop eating. Just put your utensils down and be done. I also make it a policy not to eat desserts, with minor exceptions for family birthdays, weddings, and other significant events, in my case, maybe 5 or 6 times a year. You can also choose items from the menu without a lot of sauces and other empty calories, choose lower fat and higher protein items, etc. It took a while, but I went from 240 to 180, and have held there for many years. It's the relearning of how to eat that keeps the weight off.

Yeah I need to do the same, prob about 80 to go (gained some of the weight that I lost before back). But I moved to a less stressful job (with just a little pay cut, not too bad) and I have at least stabilized the weight, now it is just getting back on plan to get the rest of the weight back off again. Best mod I can do to the bike over the winter is drop that 80! I am going to check out that 12 week program that LilMexico597 posted, I love lifting its how I got all the weight off before, I have just moved to a tiny town with a tiny gym and only one power rack to do all the lifts in (they have no bench so bench, squat, press all have to be done in this one rack (well safely). So I am slowly getting fun toys from home as well.
Doin donuts in the snow on my ATC 110. First year I've been looking forward to a little snow in forever. Also working out and playing GTA V
