Drive time from Chicago (near north burbs) to Barber is about 11 hrs. It's about a 700 mile drive. I believe the speed limit is pretty much 70mph the whole way, once you're out of the Chicago area. Gate is open 6-9pm on Friday. If you get there before 9pm, you have 24-hr in/out access for the whole weekend.
