After seeing a Video from this last weekend we would Airfence in many many area's... Looks like they added more ARMCO since the last video was shot.....

go ahead and be jealous ! LOL . My work route today had me travel right by AMP . i stopped in to check it out . Cadillac was there testing a new car,"complete with duct tape and cardboard disguise",I was invited to ride a lap as a passenger in one badass caddy on a badass track. I was so thrilled to get this ride that i didnt really pay any attention to armco, but this track is gonna be fun on a bike. LOL, i feel like i got a head start on our first trackday there.
They will chase you down if they see you taking pics. When i was working for PRS at Sebring years ago they were testing new caddys there. They saw someone taking pics on the fence and chased them down. Story is they took memory card. I just know there was a huge shit storm from it at the track the rest of the week.
We should have this figured out shortly. I am hoping they can accommodate our requests for safety... if they cannot, we will not be running there. I will let you know as soon as I know! t
The problem is being so new....ALL the car guys are going to be throwing money at them for awhile and I hope they dont just shrug off the 2 wheel peeps. Take that money and make some changes to get us there AMP!
I hope they do something... I got some free track time in exchange for stacking tires and I don't plan on putting my bike on the track after seeing all the armco.
LMAO... !!!! Hey on a serious note they keep refering it to a Nurbring Design ect... And at the Ring in Germany they let cars and bikes go all day long... I sure hope they are not taking that route..... I will just say this... After seeing the distance between the edge of the track and the Barriers/ARMCO outside the turns I would never turn a wheel there... With the carousel there is also NO alternate route or config.... Sucks but honestly even with a Airfence it would still be a dangerous place on a bike... But what about the Airfence... We would need over a Mile of it there... And the cost of that alone would be unreal... Straight from John Ulrich who was in charge of the AMA Air Fence... A fleet of 120 30-foot sections is worth about $540,000 at current pricing from the manufacturer. ^^This does not include the 53 Ft Semi trailer's needed for hauling it or storing it.. Also there is the breakdown, repair Labor setting up.breaking down ect... Not to mention we would need more than above to cover the questionable area's at AMP..
