    I'm sure John and Emily would appreciate everyone's best wishes for John who crashed today at Barber top of turn 4 crest of hill. Approx 1:15 PM. Transported to UAB suspected collarbone not sure what else. Emily is with him. I was seconds behind I saw him move his feet and arms. I'll know more when I stop by UAB in the way home.

    Update: Broken clavicle, broken C2 (neck); no surgery for neck still awaiting x-ray for collarbone". Emily has gone home to change and I'm staying until she gets back. He's upstairs in a room (9211) and his happy shot is taking effect. He knows he is stuck with "Crash" for life. All he wanted to know from me was "What happened?" "Did you see it?" And "Anybody got video?" He doesn't remember..
