how much would building a decent track cost approx. not including the property and buildings.. on a 100 ac,, in wisconsin.
it cant be that expensive, if u choose to not have big building all around the track like ACC,, just a nice 2 mile track.. and decent parking lots, ,
if the property was there,, and the track was funded by a co-op,, and maint, by the profits,, that would be quiet an enterpise. and the owner bought out at the end of 10 year term, there is a slim chance, it can be done.. now the cost of 1 million per mile has to include buildings. for example, 2.5 mile track, would cost at ur est, 2.5 millions ?. that cant me rite , i will look up prices of materials and get back,,,
i just looked at the list,, a track 2.5 miles, will cost over 6 million,, with out the buildings on the property,, wow, that is expensive, and return on invest, would be minimal,
