1) Play lots of Ice Hockey, try to not injury myself. 2) Continue Operation Badass, fit into the track suit I have hanging on my living room wall 3) Fix the buell, sell the buell, get real sport bike. Anyone wanna buy a Buell?
Its going to be really hard for me not to break down an get a new Grand Cherokee at end of winter that can tow my bike....I'm sick of borrowing/renting cars. They do make a tow hitch for the Audi but something tells me they might cost more in the long run haha.
I put a hitch on my Matrix. Even can tow the 5x9 with two bikes (althought I wouldnt do that set up very far) but the single motorcycle trailer with all the track goodies is no problem!
What are the options do you have it narrowed down to? Are you brand loyal? I like this one but don't know much about Airoh
Have scheduled rotator cuff surgery in January, looking like my snowboarding season is shot!, then hit the gym to get ready for the season! Hopefully will be healed up in time to run a complete season of track riding with some additional time at an occasional WERA event.
shoei hjc rhpa-10 bell rs-1 really between those three & may end up with two of them as i'd like a back up
lets wrap that helmet! Im riding as much motocross as humanly possible this week. 1.5 hrs from Jennings as I type
Finally did the basic suspension upgrades courtesy of 35Motorsports. Forks: 20mm GP FPU kit with midvalve Shock: Penske 8987 Still trying to find the right place to mount the remote reservoir.
I am not doing a damn thing other than a suspension refresh. Buying a new house in the next few months, then updating the new house...Oh I guess I still have a wedding to pay for too
Really been holding me back. I put my money this year in track days and tires. As it should be. Bike feels so smooth already. Running 1'40" at Grattan, that is gonna drop fast.
Yoga in the off season I refresh my suspension 3x per year. I purchased a gun case for shipping the front forks and just drop a bubble wrapped Penske shock in a box. For exercise I run and do plenty of yoga. If not Vinasa flow, bikram.
Picked up my new bodywork, tank, straightened wheel and picking up a bazzaz fi/tc/qs in a trade with a guy. Started my workout this morning at 5am with a 5.5mile run
It's depressing as shit looking at the top under "Upcoming Events" and seeing this: "No events scheduled in the next 90 days." :frusty:
Sold the SV and bought a ZX6R, so having that set up for me. Street bike has been down for 2 months (thanks Kawi on the backordered part) so haven't ridden in 2 months! I'm about ready to go buy a dirtbike and have some fun in the mud! Other than that shooting the guns and trying not to get bucked off the horse again (like I did 2 weeks before the last track weekend in Oct!) Hubby is overseas so I'm bored as he11!
Off season I'll be on crutches recovering from foot surgery so I can heal up in time for next season. Seems I've been shredding ligaments and fascia in addition to tires. After nine years I've got to get this fixed. Hoping the doc gives me the good stuff!
